I gifted it to a friend as a wedding gift and she loved it. No complaints.

the print was not as visible as the pictures, you have to look closely to notice it, but the overall service was great.

The ordering process was easy and straightforward. The delivery service was perfect.
Only down side is that the engraving on the glasses was too faint and barely visible. Got worse after washing the glasses.
Glasses were also smaller than expected.
