I honestly cannot give genuine feedback as you did not share a photo of the package and I cannot say if it matches what I purchased. I have no idea what the receipient received and as it was a gift, I cannot ask them.

Excellent service and excellent quality

Hi , I would give the Purpink team 10 stars plus. I am in Kenya since 22yrs and have never experienced a constant excellent service and excellent quality. The flowers are fresh and the complete. When I order 100 roses they deliver 100 roses. If I need to change the address or the deliver time ad hoc, i just contact them via whats app and it will be done . The communication with the Purpink team is fun, they are very friendly and and polite.

Delivery was not made on the day I had requested it to be made. Your customer service were unresponsive and one person hanged up on me after I inisisted to know the delivery time
